Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Cheque, E-Transfer, Master card and Visa. Direct billing is available for most insurance companies. For any questions regarding direct billing, please call the office.

**Please note: receipts will be issued for insurance companies upon payment received at the time of treatment.
